‘CONFESSIONAL’ REOPENING
Very happy to say that my solo show “Confessional” at the University of Atypical is reopening from the 10th September until the 23rd October.
The following is from the Facebook event page which can be found here:
University of Atypical is pleased to announce the re-opening of Brian Kielt's Exhibition, Confessional, which sadly only had a public audience for a week when we closed due to Covid-19. Here's your chance to see it if you didn't catch it first time around!
There are also new protocols and safety measures that UoA will introduce including:
- Sanitiser units at the entrance and around the venue.
- Anyone who can, should wear a face covering when visiting the venue.
- We request that people practice social distancing inside of the space.
- We will be regularly sanitising all surfaces within the venue.
- We will no longer permit the audience/visitors to gather inside of the office space to protect staff.
- We will provide single use biodegradable paper cups for refreshments for events.

STUDIO VISIT
Also, midway through the exhibition’s run you are cordially invited to take part in a virtual studio visit taking place at 2pm on Saturday 3rd October.
Have a look at the University of Atypical’s event page here to find out more.
Join us for an informal tour of the artist’s studio, in the rolling foothills of
Glenshane. This is a great opportunity to meet the artist, find out more about his
creative process and the ideas that inform his practice, and get a sneak peek of
works in progress. Questions for the artist from attendees are welcomed.
Please visit the UofA Facebook Events page to register your interest and receive
the Zoom link.
